Pure Maple Syrup - Very Dark-Strong Flavor

Formerly known as “Grade B”, this is the syrup that we make at the end of the maple season (usually in late March, or April). It is very dark, and can have a “molasses” flavor - but this is the best syrup to use in baking because it will retain the “maple” flavor better than lighter syrup will.
